Why post-remediation testing matters

Mold remediation removes visible growth and treats surfaces — but the result of that work is air quality. What the testing actually measures

Lab analysis identifies spore types and counts per cubic meter of air. A clearance result means indoor counts are not significantly elevated above outdoor baseline — and critically, that no species present indoors is absent from the outdoor sample, which would indicate an indoor source rather than normal environmental background.
